ACADEMICS

Every year the admissions of the KG section for the next academic year is started in the month of January. This is followed by an interaction with the parents. Children who attain an age of 4 by June are eligible for admission to LKG.
For admission to 1st standard preference is given to applicants of the school's nursery who should have an age of 5 years. From 1st standard to 9th standard registration for admission for the next academic year begins in the month of January every year.

For admission to plus one, the marks scored in SSLC are considered and also have to follow the norms of the Kerala Government Education Department. Notification for Admission through Management and Community quota will be announced just after the result of SSLC.

The School announces the result of every class from 1st to 9th on the 3rd of May and admissions are completed by the end -of May.

The KG section is unaided,  LP, UP, HS, and HSS are coming under Aided section and following State Syllabus. From KG to 7th standard there is co-education, only Girls are studying in HS and HSS. 3 teaching staff, 2 non-teaching staff in KG,53 teaching staff 5 non-teaching staff in HS, and 18 teaching and 3 non-teaching staff in HSS are rendering their service in the School.

 

English medium and Malayalam medium classes are there for LP to HS section. Malayalam, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Arabic for LP, Science, Social science, Maths, Health, Art, Work Education, Music, and IT are included in the curriculum. 9 am to 3 pm is the class time. But all the teachers are present in the School from 8 am to 4 pm and involved in giving special coaching in curricular and extracurricular activities. There is CUBS for the LP section, Red cross and Guiding for HS NSS, and Guiding for the HSS section

Clubs active in the school are the Nallapadam club, Science club, Social science club, Maths club, Sanskrit club, Hindi club, English club, Nature club, Sports and Health club, Vidyarangamkalasahithyavedi, and KCSL for catholic students are active in the School.
